Hi, I'm Cathy! Owner and Operator of energizefitness.ca 

I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and passionate fitness coach. Seeing people achieve their goals in health and fitness is one of my main drivers. I am dedicated to helping others lead happier, healthier lives through the power of yoga, strength training, and overall wellness.

With a background in yoga, strength moves, and conditioning, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my clients. Whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to take your training to the next level or just starting out on your fitness journey, I'm here to help you reach your goals.

When I'm not leading yoga or strength classes, you'll likely find me with my kids, mountain biking or running the trails.

I offer 1:1 and 2:1 private sessions  as well as private cold plunge/fireside yoga retreats hosted at my home studio.
