I teach at a number of beautiful locations across the area. Here's what I have going on right now:

Monday

HIIT  12:30-1:30 PM (Northwood Club)

High intense interval training. Short 30 second spurts of high intensity exercise followed by 30 seconds of moderate intensity exercise for maximizing your workout time.

Tuesday

Core Strength Flow 8:00- 9:00 AM (The Schoolhouse, Collingwood)

A dynamic workout combining core strengthening, strength training, stability work, and flow yoga. This class is suitable for all levels. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Get ready to feel energized and rejuvenated!

Wednesday

Strength to Core 9:15-10:15 AM (Northwood Club)

Come join us for a full-body workout using weight plates, free weights, resistant bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation movments to get you lean, toned and improve your aerobic capacity! This class will include the latest core strengthing exercises and dynamic stretches to start your day.

Level 1/2 Hot Flow 5:30-6:30 PM (Cedar and Sage)

A sequence of free flowing movements synchronized with breath to generate heat in the body. Vinyasa flow has momentum which requires concentration, endurance and mobility. It feels like a dance and each class has a rhythm of its own. Welcome to all levels and in 42 degrees.

Hot Chill Flow 7:00-8:00 PM (Cedar and Sage)

This class incorporates all the same aspects as our Hot Flow class, with less intensity! Practiced in a heated space, strengthen, stretch, and relax your entire body in this class. This is a great class for beginners/intermediate practitioners or anyone looking for a more gentle flow. Get ready to slow it down, wring it all out and get ready for the week ahead.
