Class Schedule

I teach at a number of beautiful locations across the area. Here's what I have going on right now:


HIIT  12:30-1:30 PM (Northwood Club)

High intense interval training. Short 30 second spurts of high intensity exercise followed by 30 seconds of moderate intensity exercise for maximizing your workout time.



Yoga Sculpt :  12- 1 PM. Cedar and Sage

Turn up the heat with this hot yoga sculpt class by targeting all the muscle groups to strengthen, tone, and sculpt the body. This dynamic class offers constant movement and focus on isolated muscle groups.The upper body, abs , thighs, glutes, and calves are all activated in the first half of this class. Flow through a few vinyasas and finish with a long juicy savasana. This class is set to high, energetic music to keep you pumped up!


Strength to Core 9:15-10:15 AM (Northwood Club)

Come join us for a full-body workout using weight plates, free weights, resistant bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation movments to get you lean, toned and improve your aerobic capacity! This class will include the latest core strengthing exercises and dynamic stretches to start your day.


Level 1/2 Hot Flow 5:30-6:30 PM (Cedar and Sage)

A sequence of free flowing movements synchronized with breath to generate heat in the body. Vinyasa flow has momentum which requires concentration, endurance and mobility. It feels like a dance and each class has a rhythm of its own. Welcome to all levels and in 42 degrees.



9-10 A.M. Hot Vinyasa Flow (Cedar and Sage)

10:30 - 11:30 A.M. Hot Slow Flow (Cedar and Sage)
